The Nail Room Customer Policy

Covid 19: All guests must wear a protective mask.  All guests must wash or sanitize hands before service. 

First time clients : We ask all first time clients to fill out a simple intake form. We do this to understand your individual health and possible allergies for the service. 

Cancellations:  We require you to notify us twenty four hours to cancel your nail appointment. Forty eight hours is required for group events and seven days in advance is  required for off-site private/birthday events.  There will be a full charge for any late cancelled or no show appointments.  A 50% charge for any late cancelled or no show if rescheduled,

Gift Cards

The Nail Room gift cards are available in dollar amounts online, on location, or mail delivery.  

Group Events

Please inquire with Elena or Andersyn directly for any special group events.  All group bookings require a 50% deposit to secure event date and time.

Payment

The Nail Room accepts all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks.  There will be a 25 dollar service charge for all returned checks. State sales tax will be charged without notice.  

Service Requirements

Services for children under age 14 should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  

Please notify therapists of any skin and health conditions.  For the safety of our guests, services cannot be performed on any skin infections, skin wounds, or open sores.  We recommend not shave or wax legs within 24 hours
